SIMS 4: INSTRUCTIONS

Download And Install: EA App and Sims 4
 Note: If you already have a working sims 4 Installed from  "Steam or EA App" then you can proceed to 

Step 2.

 Download And Install:  Windows Runtime 

 Note: Make sure to install "Windows Runtime" once per device otherwise Step 6 may not work or open at all.

 Download and Install: 7-Zip 

Note:   Make sure to install "7-Zip" to "Disk C" then "Program Files"  Otherwise you will encounter a not loading error on "Step 6".

 Download and Install: Latest Patch File

Note:  This step will make sure your packs are "Owned" 

Repeat this step if packs are "Unowned".

Download the packs that you have purchased

Note:  You can contact us if you are having download issues as we have backup download links available if needed.

 Install the packs that you have purchased from us
Note:   If "Installer" is not opening repeat "Step 2" 

                          If "Installer" is stuck or not loading repeat "Step 3".
