• By completing a purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, do not complete your purchase.

2. Purchase and Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept BDO/GCash Payment method.

3. License to Use

Upon successful payment, we will send the file within the day.

• We can reinstall the games multiple times but we only have limited time on downloading files.
• Once you download the files, make sure to save it on your device.
• We are not liable if you delete your files nor format your devices.
• One (1) game file per device only.

4. Delivery of Game

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a download link or access instructions via messenger or email. Ensure you provide a valid email address to receive the necessary information.

5. Refunds and Returns

We do offer refunds or exchanges if the game doesn't work on your device and it must be confirmed by our Tech Supports via Remote Assist. If you encounter issues with the download or access, please contact us on our Facebook page: Abisoft.SE.

6. System Requirements

Abisoft shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
